The lid did display some wear to it, strange for a new product

Especially as it was kept in a box, unless the box itself is to blame for the scratches

 Thick glass jar will keep your product safe and handbag proof!

 From the bottom you can see a great view of the product

 Hand swatch with flash

You can see the lovely dark bronze tones the liner has to offer

This product was swatched without the use of a primer

On the eyelids was foundation and powder before application

1 layer

 With one layer you get a rather pale and light effect from the product

2 layers

 With a second layer the colour deepens and the shimmer of the product is more visible

3 layers

Here is the third layer along with black eyeliner for a finished look (sans mascara)

I personally think it looks the most complete with three layers of the product

It shows the most colour and shimmer without being caked on or over loaded

I knocked half a star off for the mystery scratches on the lid
It made the product have less of a "brand new sparkle" to it

Function; ★★★★☆
One star knocked for the need to layer to achieve it's true colour and potential
But other than that there was no problems in the application and the brush was perfect

Longevity; ★★★★★
Didn't smudge or budge! Was really great and stayed strong even without primer
Lots of thumbs up from me!!

Over all; ★★★★☆

Would I buy it in future; Not this particular shade as it wasn't very exciting for me
But I will be checking out their other colours for sure as this was a great gel liner!
The creamy formula also fills me with hopes that it wont easily dry out too
